Moravia produce the most common standard sizes in diameter 35,38, 45, 50 and 53 mm (table of different dimensions you can find by clicking the below Pdf). Moravia produce the most common shoulders like Round shoulder, Flat shoulder, Rim shoulder, Tapered shoulder. (pictures below)
